Privacy Policy for VozNav

1. Information Collection and Access

VozNav is designed to prioritize your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to our servers. However, to provide its core navigation services, the App requires access to certain data types on your device.

• No Personal Data: We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
• No Account Required: There is no registration process, and we do not track individual user identities.
• Sensor & Health Data: To provide accurate walking navigation and compass heading, the App accesses your device’s Body Sensors (such as the accelerometer or magnetometer) and Physical Activity data. This data is used solely to calculate your real-time movement and orientation within the App. This data is processed locally and is never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

2. Location Data

VozNav requires access to your device's Precise Location (GPS) to function as a navigation tool.

Usage and Storage: This location data is used exclusively to provide real-time navigation guidance. All location processing occurs locally on your device. We do not store a history of your location on our servers, nor do we share this data with any third party. Once the navigation session ends or the App is closed, this real-time location data is discarded from the active memory.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no user data for us to delete from a central database.

• Retention: We retain no personal data. Any operational data (such as locally cached map tiles or app settings) remains on your device for as long as the App is installed.
• User Control & Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete all data associated with VozNav at any time by:
  1. Clearing the App's cache/data in your Android System Settings.
  2. Uninstalling the App from your device.

4. Security

We value your trust in using VozNav. Since no personal data is transmitted or stored on our servers, the risk of a remote data breach is eliminated. We encourage users to use device-level security (PIN/Biometrics) to protect data stored locally in the App's sandbox.

5. Children's Privacy

VozNav does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently accessed personal data from a child, we will take steps to ensure it is not stored or processed.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
